Assistant Manager/Senior Officer, Intermediary Insurance Business

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide business analysis to assist team leader to implement business plans and initiatives in accordance to sales KPIs
  • Support in business projects and new business module implementation
  • Data maintenance to ensure accurate information in the system
  • Facilitate in all levels of support for partners to capture business opportunities
  • Work closely with distribution partners to expand the client base
  • Coordinate with other teams or departments for daily operations
  • Complete ad-hoc matters/ projects assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Degree holder in any disciplines，Finance/economics majors are preferred
  • Qualification of IIQE Paper 1 & 3 is a must
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in life insurance (Candidates with less experience may be considered as junior position)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong analysis skills
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Good PC skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing, advanced skill in excel is an advantage
