Senior Actuarial Analyst - Valuation

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in regular valuation work under IFRS17 and CGAAP, and enhance IFRS17 and CGAAP assessment templates and related tools;
  • Maintain, modify and improve actuarial models, and develop modelling standards in line with best practices;
  • Assist in coordinating the annual auditing project;
  • Assist in preparing reporting materials to IA

Requirements:

  • Degree in Actuarial / Statistics / Mathematics / Finance or equivalent;
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience;
  • Knowledge of Prophet is a must, knowledge of other modelling software such as deeplight, future baby etc is a plus;
  • Good progress of actuarial exams;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills;
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
