Principal Responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitor and business performance analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with asset management’s overall strategy and financial resources plan (FRP), as well as Hang Seng Bank’s corporate goals
• Contribute to senior management’s decision making through the use of MI, performance analytics, KPIs and regular reporting and updates
• Provide corporate governance supports including to take lead in the development and organization of governance activities across various level
• Active participation and supports to management team in engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including executive presentation and business partnership discussion

Requirements

• University degree or above in Finance, Business Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking/ asset management with exposure in strategic analytics/ project management/ corporate governance/ MI reporting/ resource planning is preferred
• Familiar with the asset management business and its related activities
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives and drive business impact
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and collaborate across teams
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese
• Sound knowledge of PC application software, in particular MS Excel incl. VBA and PowerPoint presentation
