Intern - Human Resources & Administration

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide all-round operational support to the Human Resources and Administration Department, including but not limited to:

    • Provide support in HR functions such as recruitment support, compensation and benefits administration, training;
    • Provide support in general administration duties, such as expenses reimbursement etc.;
    • Participate in various HR and Admin projects as assigned;
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • University student
  • Attention to details, proactive with can-do attitude;
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and word processing;
  • Excellent command in writtern and spoken Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English;
  • Available to work for minimum 3-4 days per week
