Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Participate in the end-to-end operational support of group life insurance business, gaining exposure to core processes from pricing and underwriting to policy servicing, contributing to operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Support the design of group insurance solutions and pricing analysis, assisting in data consolidation and strategic analysis for renewal and new business quotations, providing foundational support for tailored risk solutions.
  • Collaborate to advance underwriting processes, participating in cross-departmental communication and contributing to client service delivery under guidance.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing business rules and processes, by assisting in the collection and analysis of operational pain points to inform the iteration of policy terms and rules.
  • Take charge of empowering tasks related to marketing materials and business data analysis, involving the update of professional collateral and participation in s business data analysis and report.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to apply, major in finance, insurance, economics, marketing, management, math and statistics or related major is preferred
  • Have a certain degree of data analysis ability, skilled in using MSOffice and other office software (basic Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOK UP is a must.)
  • Meticulous, proactive, and strong in execution and learning.
  • Candidates familiar with Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other operational management methodologies are preferred
  • Excellent command in writtern and spoken Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English
  • Available to work for minimum 3-4 days per week
