Job Description

We are a well-established Property Management Company in To Kwa Wan required:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including daily account operations, month-end closing and financial reports
  • Responsible for preparing of financial statement, annual budget, periodic forecast, management reports and tax computation
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax representative to ensure all statutory and tax compliance requirements are met
  • Perform ad hoc tasks when assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • Qualified accountant or having passed all qualified accountant examination is preferable
  • Minimum 10 years accounting experience, preferably in property management business
  • Able to handle full set of accounts
  • Initiative, able to work independently and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Excel is required
