Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full range of HR and Administration operations, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, staff engagement, and training and development for the Group
  • Develop and implement effective HR & Administration strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the Group’s directions
  • Act as a strategic partner to the senior management team and the Board by providing insights and solutions on HR and administration aspects
  • Drive effective recruitment strategy and provide consultative advice on talent management initiatives of high-potentials development and succession planning
  • Drive initiatives that enhance the Group’s corporate culture and employee engagement
  • Lead and deliver the training and development program to foster a culture of continuous learning
  • Lead the team to ensure accurate and efficient execution of C&B activities and performance management processes to maintain market competitiveness
  • Establish and implement control processes to ensure operational compliance and efficiency
  • Formulate and review policies, guidelines and operating procedures for the HR and Administration functions to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 15+ years of solid and all-rounded HR experiences gained from sizable companies, preferably in financial institutions
  • At least 8 years of management experience in leading a team and liaising with senior management
  • Sound knowledge in HR practices, employment ordinance & related legal regulatory in Hong Kong; With Macau exposure is a plus
  • Self-motivated with strong presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulously attentive to numbers and details, coupled with a positive work ethic and robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong people management skills, with a proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively
  • Travel to Macau is required
