Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Manager to drive the development of new first aid & health training services related to the strategic direction, guidelines and implementation plan for enhancing the services and operation effectiveness
- Lead and coach the team to provide first aid & health training and quality assurance services in line with the Training Centre strategic development plan
- Explore and identify new resource to support the programmes and activities of first aid training services and conduct standard control
- Engage and mobilize team members and volunteers to provide quality service, as well as collaborate with other teams and service units in running projects to achieve the aligned goals
- Monitor and analyze the progress of implementation plan and projects to assure continuous service quality improvement
- Establish network and maintain relationship with external stakeholders, such as community partners, schools, government departments and NGOs for collaboration and support in first aid & health training services
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in relevant discipline with minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Candidate with less experience or fresh graduate will also be considered
- Sound medical professional or paramedic with related supervisory experience is an advantage
- Sound leadership, people management and coordination skills, with project management and problem-solving experience
- Good communication skills with local authorities, stakeholders and community partners
- Good analytical, coordination and interpersonal skills, mature and able to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
