Responsibilities

• Ensure product designs and procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank
• Handle customer complaints for the Department and in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank
• Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work
• Handle business recovery related tasks
• Ensure procedures are customer centric and comply with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank
• Conduct gap analyses to identify gaps between existing practices and new regulatory/ internal requirements, and work with stakeholders to close the gaps

Requirements

• Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing or other related discipline;
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking sector cover the following:
  • Good understanding of banking operations and controls, and operational risk management, knowledge of investment sales compliance control is an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of retail banking products and services, customer experience or product management is preferable;
  • Independent, self-motivated and detail-oriented;
  • Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
