Human Resources Manager, Generalist with L&D Focus (45K+/- x 13 + bonus)

Job Description

Our client, a leading global materials and construction solutions company headquartered in Europe, with operations in over 50 countries. The Hong Kong office serves as a regional hub for strategic development, talent pipeline management, and operational support throughout Asia-Pacific.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline.
  • 10-15 years of HR experience including exposure to HR operations and people management support.
  • Strong Excel / HRIS knowledge

Less experienced candidates could be considered AHRM

Key Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Manager will:

  • Support full HR business partnering across multiple business units, including employee relations, performance planning, workforce planning and training support.
  • Assist in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies for both corporate and operational functions.
  • Lead HR coordination for staff onboarding, orientation, training programs, and continuous employee development activities.
  • Support HR Manager and senior leadership in organizational development initiatives, HR data analysis, and HR policy review.
  • Handle staff records, HR reporting dashboards, leave/attendance administration, MPF, payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • Participate in cross-functional project assignments, including digital HR system implementation, workforce engagement programs, and productivity improvement alignment.
  • Assist in planning corporate culture-building initiatives and internal communications.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned in alignment with business priorities and expansion objectives.
