Job Description

As a Logistics Procurement Manager in a Leading Retail brand, you will play a vital role in managing procurement activities and optimising the sourcing strategies across regional and global logistics network.

Client Details

Our client is a globally recognised multinational retail company with a strong presence across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. With a focus on operational excellence and responsible sourcing, they are now seeking a Procurement Manager to lead transportation and trade procurement across the region.

Description

  • Lead end-to-end procurement processes for regional transport and trade providers.
  • Align procurement activities with category strategy, including service coverage, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with central and regional teams to define business needs, assess risks, and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies to secure best-in-class contracts.
  • Present procurement outcomes and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and supplier due diligence.
  • Continuously improve procurement tools, processes, and data transparency.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs and identify sustainability opportunities across the supply chain.

Profile

  • Bachelor Degree in Logistics or other related disciplines
  • At least 8 years experience in logistics procurement, especially in transportation and trade services with regional/ global exposure.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills across global and regional teams.
  • Deep understanding of logistics supplier requirements, compliance, and sustainability criteria.
  • Financial and analytical acumen with a focus on driving business value.
  • Experience in high-complexity, multi-market sourcing environments.
  • Ability to independently draft and present strategic recommendations.
  • Structured, pragmatic, and results-driven approach to procurement.
  • Highly fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
