Job Description:

• Assist in conducting business analyses, developing new clinical services and products, and formulating and implementing business plans.
• Support the orchestration of corporate initiatives at the organizational level.
• Collaborate on the execution of hospital marketing and business development strategies.
• Contribute to the development and review of business and promotional strategies.
• Liaise with B2B partners, internal departments, agencies, and vendors to foster effective partnerships.
• Assist in preparing price quotations, tender documents, service agreements, and other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with insurance and corporate partners.
• Assist in organizing and arranging marketing and health-related initiatives for insurance companies and corporate clients.
• Promote health assessment services and hospital check-up plans to corporate clients.
• Support departmental budgeting, monitor performance results, and evaluate overall effectiveness.
• Prepare marketing and business reports, analyses, and assist in developing proposals, presentations, and recommendations.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc projects as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or other related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years solid work experience in Business, Marketing or healthcare-related field, preferably with hospital experience
• Strong business acumen and marketing sense with good analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Prior experience in healthcare and medical industry will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge of graphic design, video editing and photography is an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
