Home Manager (SRN / SWIIA) (Contract) (Ref.：SRH/205525)
Requirement:
- RSW, Degree in Social Work or Degree in Nursing, Registered nurse (Nursing Council of HK) with valid practicing certificate
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in social services, including managerial experience in a health care institution
- Certificate in Training for Home Managers is preferable
- Registered Home Manager is preferable
- Good command in written English and Chinese, good in proposal writing is the advantage
- Self-motivated, passion, good leadership and management skills, excellent interpersonal skills with multi-disciplinary professionals, users, carers and stakeholders
Job Duties:
- Supervise multi-disciplinary team and oversee the operation of nursing home
- Supervise financial budgets, reporting, and analysis and ensure the home's financial health by devising financial strategies to support the sustainability of the homes
- Identify and manage potential crises and risks, taking appropriate measures to mitigate the impact of risks
- Working Place: Shau Kei Wan
