Responsibilities:

  • To lead an engineering team to meet customer requirements and achieve corporate target on new project development forecast
  • Develop engineering and technological development direction and strategies
  • Manage and monitor on active Product Engineering Project Development and the resources for whole engineering group
  • Oversee the operational performance of the engineering group and ensure their effectiveness and efficiency
  • Drive the continuous improvement of engineering and project management process, practices on cost sourcing regulations and management initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of product design / development experiences with work knowledge in consumer electronics products
  • Solid project management experience with at least 6 years at managerial level position or above
