Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement operational frameworks and guidelines for manufacturing policies, ensuring efficiency and collaboration across business lines, Compliance, and Risk Management
• Lead system projects related to operational flow, including user requirement preparation, UAT planning/execution, and rollout readiness
• Oversee production procedures and manuals, including drafting, updating, distribution, and re‑engineering of documentation
• Organize staff meetings on compliance, operations, and policy changes as required
• Drive implementation of global, regional, and local initiatives to enhance operational performance
• Provide guidance and training to ensure timely communication of products and procedures to staff
• Monitor and resolve outstanding items raised by Audit, Compliance, and Quality Assurance teams
• Prepare and present progress reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management

Ideal Candidates

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience using continuous improvement tools and methodologies, preferably in a lead role
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively visualize information for management
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English; able to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds
• Holder of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• PMP certification is an advantage
• Willingness to travel frequently within China and overseas
