Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data to identify business problems and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and document business requirements, user story, process workflows, risk, timeline and communications plans for projects
  • Establish, lead and motivate the project teams to carry out all project tasks and deliverables according to agreed time and cost estimates
  • Influence project stakeholders to provide support and inputs required to ensure projects' success
  • Provide and facilitate project status/design meetings including brainstorming, decision making and issue resolution
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
  • Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
  • Monitor and measure the success of implemented solutions, and make recommendations for further improvements
  • Incorporate benefits tracking into projects to ensure benefits are monitored correctly after project completion.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, IT or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years solid experience in managing/consulting in large scale projects
  • Broad knowledge of financial services &/or insurance industry desirable. LOMA qualification an added advantage.
  • Excellent understanding of project management control procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Financial analysis / Business analysis skills
  • Strong Change Management and Dispute Resolution skills
