Job Description

CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited is a Licensed Bank registered in Hong Kong, which is formerly known as Wing Lung Bank. Founded on 25th February 1933, CMB Wing Lung Bank is among the oldest local Chinese banks in Hong Kong. In 2008, CMB Wing Lung Bank was acquired by China Merchants Bank (CMB). In 2009, the Bank has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of CMB. In 2018, the Bank has renamed as CMB Wing Lung Bank.

CMB Wing Lung Bank and its subsidiaries hold multi licenses in banking, insurance, securities, trust and asset management sectors. Serving customers with whole-hearted, the Bank provides comprehensive banking products and services including retail banking, corporate banking and financial markets, etc. Among them, private banking, syndicated loans, bond issuance, financial markets, asset custody and asset management are influential and competitive in the market. At present, the Bank has over 30 branches and business outlets located in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and overseas, etc regions. The Bank has nearly 2,000 employees.

Responsibilities

  • Handle CMB Wing Lung Bank premises business including tenancy renewal/new letting, sale & purchase, property management, maintenance and promotion
  • Supervise daily operations and all legal matters and compliance functions of the section
  • Negotiate with potential and existing customers for business expansion and maintain a good relationship with external stakeholders
  • Review monthly business performance reports and annual forecast of the section
  • Source the potential bank premises for the Group and branch premises for branch optimization and enhancement plan
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy to achieve business goals
  • Check the Power of Attorney/tenancy agreement/ sale & purchase agreement and other related documents

Requirements

  • Degree holder in related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of direct management or supervisory experience in related disciplines
  • Holder of Estate Agent's Licence (Individual)
  • Sound knowledge in property market
  • Solid analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Well-developed communication and management skills
  • Independent, efficient and strong sense of responsibility
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
