We are an expanding Medical Practice established in 1947 and now a member of the Town Health group.
Job Duties:
- Manage and ensure the smooth and efficient operations of Kowloon and New Territories medical centres;
- Supervise clinic staff to deliver professional service to specialists, doctors and patients;
- Motivate and train frontline staff to provide good customer service;
- Work with the management to suggest and execute improvement plans;
- Implement standard operating procedures;
- Allocate rooms to visiting specialists and assist doctors when necessary;
- Handle complaints and enquiries; and
- Take on other assignments, such as managing outreach programmes.
Requirements & Attributes:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years’ experience preferably in the medical industry with 2 years in a managerial role;
- Experience in managing medical centres is an advantage;
- A team leader with strong operational and people management skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Must be computer literate;
- Stable working hours, no public holiday or night shift; and
- 5½ days per week, based in Tsim Sha Tsui with oversight of the Tsuen Wan and Shatin clinics
