Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage all leasing and tenancy matters including leasing enquiries, tenancy administration, preparation of leasing documents, takeover and handover of premises, etc.
  • Coordinate and oversee repair and maintenance works to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Monitor the performance of outsourced contractors.
  • Provide professional customer service to clients, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Handle owners’ and tenants’ enquiries and complaints.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude in identifying potential issues and implementing preventive measures.
  • Work closely with estate agencies to drive new lettings and maximise occupancy rates.
  • Conduct market research on rental trends, market movement, etc.
  • Prepare building budgets, monthly leasing reports, meeting minutes, etc.
  • Attend meetings after office hours occasionally.

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above, preferably with membership(s) of CIHCM and/or MHKIH.
  • Holder of a licensed estate agent/salesperson.
  • At least 5 years' relevant working experience.
  • Hands-on experience in handling repair and maintenance issues.
  • Proficient in Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance.
  • Proactive, able to work independently under pressure and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with estate agencies and external partners.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Mature and strong leadership.
