CTO (Drive Transformation & Lead Application Team) - Banking

This esteemed position seeks an experienced CTO to lead the technology department in a bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing tech-driven solutions, ensuring the company stays ahead in the industry.

The successful candidate MUST have CTO / IT Head / IT Transformation and System Development Head experience in a bank and with solid track record driving changes & new technologies to support the bank's growth plan.

As a CTO, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading the technology department and crafting the company's tech strategy.
• Overseeing all system design and changes in system architecture.
• Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure.
• Aligning the company's technology resources with business goals.
• Staying updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
• Ensuring the company's tech performance meets client and business needs.
• Working closely with stakeholders to enhance the overall business processes.
• Drive and ensure the IT change and transformation are well executed within the organization.

理想的求职者

A successful CTO should have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• With track record working in top-tier banks / financial services institutions as senior leadership team in recent years.
• Proven hands-on technical ability across all-round technology includes but not limited to system development, project management, digital transformation, cyber security management etc.
• Ability to lead a relatively lean team thus the ability to work on hands-on duties as well.
• Prior exposure in leading IT team across Asia countries which include team in Greater China region.
• Strong knowledge of all-round IT systems and infrastructure.
• Excellent understanding of IT operations and relevant laws, regulations.
• Ability to manage and deliver IT projects.
• Strong strategic and business acumen as well as exceptional leadership skills.
• Both Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese) and English language ability.
