Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Property Management / Facilities Management or related disciplines;
- To manage a mixed portfolio of properties with minimum of 5 years’ experience in property management in Hong Kong, including 2 years’ experience in managing shopping arcade;
- Professional qualification in facility / housing management is an advantage;
- Knowledge in building management operation and building management system would be an advantage;
- Ability and experience in supervising a team of building management staff;
- Able to communicate with clients representative effectively and taking works instructions;
- Proficient in Chinese and English, preferably including Putonghua;
- Proactive, aggressive, well organized and result oriented; and
- Immediate available is preferable
