Job Description

Sunbase International Properties Management Limited is one of the largest property management companies in Hong Kong. We now invite applicants for the following post:

Requirements:

  • A Degree Holder or equivalent; or
  • Be a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing (MHKIH) or a Registered Professional Housing Manager in the Housing Manager Registration Board (RPHM), and
  • Minimum 3 years experience at management level in the facility / property management
  • Holder of PMP Licence (Tier 1)
  • Preferably with solid management experience of government buildings / properties
  • Proactive, aggressive, well organized and result oriented
  • Proficiency in both written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Immediate available is an advantage
  • Working location: Tuen Mun / Yuen Long / Tin Shui Wai region
