Senior Investment Manager, Data Center

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordination and advancement of data center projects in assigned regions, including formulating pre-development plans, conducting market research, identifying the opportunity for project, understanding the policy trends and need of data center industry in order to ensure projects progress on schedule
• Lead financial due diligence for data center projects across assigned regions and countries; develop standardized due diligence procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Analyze target project/company financial statements and others financial indicators, including profitability, debt-servicing ability, cash flow, ROI, equity structure, potential disputes, legality of equity sources and capital contribution etc
• Maintain cooperative relationships partners such as local government departments, project owners, service provider and vendor etc

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Investment, Business or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in financial due diligence and equity structure analysis
• Candidates with CPA, CFA, or legal qualifications will be an advantage
• Familiarity with business model or operation of data center will be an advantage
• Knowledge of data security regulations and data center industry compliance policies (e.g., IDC licenses, energy consumption requirements)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
