The Job:

  • Provide building services engineering support to the assigned project
  • Ensure the progress and standard of workmanship and quality to meet the client’s requirement by site inspection, close coordination and supervision on subcontractors’ works
  • Contribute to ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety disciplines according to the statutory regulations and company guidelines
  • Monitor the building services design development progress with client or consultant if required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • Member of HKIE or CIBSE is preferred
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in building services coordination and installation in new projects and previous exposure in HKHA project is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Proactive, good interpersonal and communication skill
