Description

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting and finance department.
• Preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Supervising and mentoring a team of accounting professionals.
• Overseeing tax and audit processes and liaising with external auditors.
• Monitoring cash flow and financial performance to optimize resource allocation.
• Developing and implementing internal control policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with other departments to support business objectives.

Profile

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards in the property industry.
• Proven experience in financial management and leadership roles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
