Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and implementing reward strategies
  • Manage the annual exercises including salary and bonus reviews, and budgeting
  • Lead the salary and benefits benchmarking exercises to ensure pay competitiveness
  • Collaborate with human resources business partners to develop, review and monitor compensation and benefits related policies, processes and procedures
  • Ensure the remuneration system and operations are aligned with HKMA CG-5 requirements
  • Support payroll administration and other HR administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in financial industry
  • Experience in leading and managing significant reward and performance related projects
  • Good knowledge of compensation and benefit practices in financial industry
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills
  • Sensitive to figures and attention to details with change-oriented mindset
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance related legislation and regulations, and HKMA CG-5 requirements
  • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
