Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively promote investment & life insurance services based on customers’ needs, to individual as well as corporate customers in a professional manner, and to achieve the investment & life insurance roll-up sales targets of the assigned branches.
- Provide guidance to tap new business opportunities through active cross selling to prospective customers and jointly manage the portfolios of the existing investment & life insurance customers to ensure sustainable/long-term relationship and businesses.
- Drive and provide guidance to identify new business opportunities with potential customers, e.g. product diversification, customer reactivation, personal / company financial needs.
- Perform periodic portfolio reviews to understand customers’ prevailing investment needs and keep customers updated on the latest market trend and help ensure the investment solutions suggested are according to the house view, timely to the market and in the best interest of the customers.
- Perform periodic policy reviews to understand customers’ prevailing financial needs and keep customers updated on the latest life insurance products and services and help ensure the changing life-stage needs of customers are properly and appropriately catered for.
- Build up trust and nurture the customer relationship by providing quality after-sales services to earn customers’ referrals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience on both investment and insurance products in banking industry with at least 3 year in specialist role
- Qualifications in IIQE/HKSI related areas and Qualification in ECF are preferred
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office applications
