Our client is one of the top FI firms that provides pension funds services. They are looking for a Client Service Manager to handle client relationship management and enhance overall customer experience to meet service requirements and maximize revenue potential. The candidate should have 10+ years of working experience in client servicing/ relationship management/ account management with pension fund knowledge (ORSO/ MPF) within insurance/ FI industry.

The role plays a major role in meeting client objectives and enhancing the overall customer experience for the group.

Description

  • Responsible for delivering premium client services to the clients to meet service requirements and maximize revenue potential
  • Strategically enhance overall customer experience by improving communication development processes and offering customizable service solutions
  • Manage client expectations, negotiate service level agreements, account planning, cross selling and strategic initiatives
  • Act as first point of contact on all client related matters; build and maintain strong working relationships with client contacts
  • Identify revenue and service opportunities for new and existing clients
  • Assist in project management and support per requested

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree with major in business administration, consulting or relevant discipline
  • At least 10+ years of working experience in client servicing/ relationship management/ stakeholder management with strong pension fund knowledge (ORSO/ MPF) within insurance/ FI industry
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, relationship management and presentations skills
  • Strong client consultation and stakeholder management skills
  • Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, influencing skills
