Assistant Manager/ Senior Officer - Corporate Visual & Multimedia

Job Purpose:

Lead and produce high-quality corporate visual and multimedia content to strengthen YMCAHK’s brand identity and support its mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain corporate visual identity across all platforms and service units.
• Create engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics, and photography) for digital and print.
• Lead video production: filming, editing, motion graphics.
• Manage design of corporate marketing materials, corporate social media content, and corporate event collateral.
• Stay updated on design and multimedia trends to keep YMCAHK’s presence fresh and effective.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in design/multimedia
• Strong portfolio showing skills in branding, video, and digital/print design.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Knowledge of photography, motion graphics, and UI/UX is a plus.
• Strong communication, and project management skills, with good ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Passionate about YMCAHK’s mission, vision and values.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
