Site Agent / Senior Site Agent / Assistant Project Manager

Kin Wing Engineering is principally engaged in a wide range of design and construction of foundation and site investigation projects. We are also undertaking other ancillary services including site formation, ELS and pile cap construction. Our clients comprise of the renowned private and public sectors in Hong Kong and Macau.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall project management to meet the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues as well as overall construction program requirements of the project;
• Manage the site project team to carry out the works according to the statutory requirements, approved method statement, work progress, safety, environmental, quality and contractual issues;
• Propose budget requirements for the works;
• Establish and maintain a closed partnership among client, consultants, government authorities, subcontractors and internal sectors; and
• Ad-hoc duties wherever required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Civil discipline or equivalent;
• At least 8 years of project management experiences in Foundation / ELS projects;
• Strong leadership skill, detail-oriented and excellent interpersonal skill; and
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Site Agent / Assistant Project Manager

Working location: Construction site within Hong Kong
