• Responsible for end-to-end credit card operation processes, including service changes, handling customer inquiries, and exception case handling
• Handle inquiries from internal and external parties
• Participate in projects and conduct UAT/ pilot testing for system enhancements
• Ensure the bank's policies and procedures comply with regulatory requirements
• Degree holder in Business or related discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• Minimum 3 years’relevant experience gained form the banking industry
• Banking operation experience / Credit card product knowledge is highly preferred
• Independent, self-motivated, with good communication skills
• Immediate availability preferred

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Deputy , Operations (Credit Card and Personal Loan Operations)
