Purpose of the role:
The Compliance Advisor plays a critical role within the Central Compliance Team, ensuring the organization’s adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
This position is responsible for providing expert guidance on licensing matters, regulatory liaison, regulatory reporting and implementing effective compliance programs to mitigate risks and promote a culture of integrity. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business units, senior management, and regulatory bodies to monitor compliance frameworks, address regulatory changes, and support strategic decision-making. This role demands strong analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to influence and drive compliance initiatives across the enterprise.
