Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual to join our IBGT Customer Management and Lending team as a Business Analyst. This role will require strategic design and mapping of business requirements and solutions to system/technical requirements. As part of our technology team, you assess the existing systems and infrastructure of the organization to form a high-level view of both present capabilities and future opportunities for upgrade and improvement. Our ideal candidate has prior experience as a technology and business analyst, comprehensive knowledge of corporate IT systems and processes, and superb organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services.
• Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with Technical and Non-Technical team members.
• Facilitating effective communication among stakeholders across regions, translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders, vice versa.
• Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects.
• Efficiently integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
• Analyzing and improving the performance of web-based customer portals and support services.
• Ensuring end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments.
• Implementing new advancements in the field of system and enterprise architecture.
• Oversees, and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or software engineering, and minimum 2 years’ related work experience
• Professional experience in business analysis or IT consultancy is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail, able to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, including verbal, written and presentation skills
• Proven experience in managing diverse stakeholders, including business users, development teams, and senior management
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
