The ideal candidate will have solid overseas market exposure and a proven track record in managing large-scale business operations within Pharma/Healthcare.

Description

  • Define and execute global business strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop entry plans for emerging regions.
  • Engage and cultivate strong relationships with international partners, distributors, and e-Commerce channels.
  • Strengthen the company's global brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement global campaigns and product launches.
  • Oversee international business operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse global market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in international business development within Pharma/Healthcare.
  • Strong exposure to overseas markets and distribution networks.
  • Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments across multiple geographies.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; additional languages are a plus.
