Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA programs for small domestic appliances, covering incoming materials, in-process inspections, and final product testing to ensure defect-free output.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and regulatory teams to integrate quality requirements into product development, addressing risks in electrical safety, performance durability, and user safety.
• Manage supplier audits, qualification, and performance monitoring to maintain a reliable ecosystem for components like motors, plastics, and electronics in small appliances.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and certifications (e.g., IEC 60335, UL, CB Scheme, RoHS) through rigorous testing protocols and documentation.
• Monitor post-launch quality metrics, handle customer feedback, and lead recalls or field actions if needed, while fostering a culture of quality across the organization.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in the consumer appliances sector focusing on small domestic products.
• In-depth knowledge of QA tools and standards relevant to small appliances, including electrical testing, reliability assessments, and regulatory compliance for global markets.
• Strong project management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration and risk-based decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
