We are now looking for a HR Business Partner Manager to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partner, the ideal candidate will be a strategic HR Business Partner to drive Swire Properties' HR initiatives, enhance organizational performance through effective advisory, talent management, and change management. They will also foster relationships with stakeholders, ensure compliance, leverage HR metrics, and promote employee well-being across the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive Swire Properties HR strategy and execute strategic people priorities and build working relationships with the key internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide effective HR advisory on various topics, not limited to performance management, succession planning, employee relations and engagement and etc
  • Align Swire Properties HR strategy with the business on talent management and development and driving high-performing culture
  • Develop and drive appropriate HR transformation and change management plans for the business in support of the Company’s business strategies and HR strategies
  • Ensure full compliance within the framework of applicable policies and local jurisdictions
  • Drive and use key HR related metrics and analytics to facilitate the decision making process and recommendations for the business
  • Partner with the cross-functional teams to develop programmes that enhance employee wellbeing

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree educated in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • 10 years of solid HR experience with a focus on HR business partnering and experience in a managerial capacity in sizable organisations
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation and best practices
  • Ability to deal with complexity, assertive to drive changes and new ideas
  • Well organised and possesses a consistent methodical approach to managing tasks and activities
  • Good analytical skills with demonstrable experience with HR metrics or analytics
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
