Responsibilities:

  • Perform valuations for the firm’s segregated accounts, private funds, and authorized funds, and generate portfolio related reports based on business requirement.
  • Design, document, and continuously refine valuation workflows and produce comprehensive process manual when needed.
  • Collaborate with the company’s system team to automate operational processes.
  • Collaborate with the company’s system team to handle data-governance and information security tasks.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience using Advent Geneva to do portfolio valuation and report generation is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork capabilities, especially the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel.
  • Programming skill is a plus, particularly Python.
  • Excel proficiency is preferred, including VBA.
  • Fluent spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
