CENTURY CITY GROUP is a diversified group with 5 listed members in Hong Kong - Century City International Holdings Limited, Paliburg Holdings Limited, Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited, Regal Real Estate Investment Trust and Cosmopolitan International Holdings Limited. Our core businesses encompass investment holding, property development and investment, hotel ownership, hotel operation and management, aircraft ownership and leasing business and other investments.

  • University / Polytechnic graduate in accountancy/ company secretaryship or related discipline
  • Qualified professionals in company secretaryship (HKCGI / CGI Associate Member)
  • Around 5 years’ solid experience in company secretarial field with 3 years’ relevant experience in listed companies
  • Good supervisory, communication and analytical skills
  • Independent, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Officer
