ASSISTANT ESTATE MANAGER [Ref. WGML-AEM (R)]

Job Description

We are the Manager of a large residential development in Whampoa.

PMC Licence No.: C-825046

  • Degree holder preferably in Property Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in supervisory level
  • To oversee and monitor the day-to-day property management functions, e.g. security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities and facilities management etc.
  • To monitor property management income and expenses to prepare annual property management budgets and other related financial duties
  • To liaise with Government departments and other departments of the company
  • To attend Owners' Committee meetings and maintain good relationship with the committees
  • Good management and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience or higher qualification will be considered as Senior Assistant Estate Manager or Estate Manager
