(Senior) Product Manager – SME Product

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Overall accountable for loan product development and implementation
  • Responsible to prepare product program with key product design and specifications including product features
  • Responsible to prepare MIS reports for executive business reporting
  • Responsible to develop overall implementation schedule with key milestones, track, manage and report status with relevant stakeholders
  • Responsible to update / consolidate legal and customer-facing documents such as T&C, application form, KFS, loan proposal, etc
  • Responsible to conduct post-implementation and periodic product review and report to management on benefits, risks, issues

Requirements

  • University graduate (Business, Banking, Finance, discipline)
  • Minimium 3 years of experience in SME product development in banks
  • Familiar with Hong Kong regulatory requirements on banking practice
  • Strong communication, organizational and project management skills
  • Solid language skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
