About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across multiple F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives tailored to each brand, including brand identity creation, messaging alignment, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities and boost brand performance.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate both online and offline marketing campaigns—including social media, events, and seasonal promotions.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and pain points, and use insights to improve marketing strategies and product offerings.
  • Work closely with operations, culinary, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
  • Manage content development for websites, social media, and other marketing channels while maintaining consistent brand tone and style.
  • Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing / Hotel & Catering Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in F&B Marketing
  • A change agent and attentive to the market trend
  • Creative, a good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Independent and entrepreneurial with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently & under pressure
  • Good commend of both spoken and written English
