Responsibilities:
Initiate, coordinate, and manage projects to enhance system and operational efficiency in credit card operations
Drive implementation of new card products / services that align with business needs and market demands
Ensure seamless daily credit card operations, including fulfillment, settlement, chargeback resolution, and customer service support
Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization and improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Track project progress and proactively identify risks, proposing mitigation strategies as needed
Assist in developing test cases and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new systems or processes
Prepare documentation to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery
Requirements:
Degree holder in Banking, Information systems, Business Administration or in related disciplines
At least 8 years working experience in banking or credit card industry
Knowledge in credit card products; card associations' rules and regulations; industry practice and related regulatory requirements
Team player and self-motivated with good interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills
Expertise in project management, and system migration
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
