Senior Sales Manager - Leisure

Job Description

We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We invite applications for the following position:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a smooth operation in the leisure section and achieve budget / project set.
  • Establish a close relationship with local and overseas travel agents and airlines.
  • Keep Assistant Director of Sales informed of all changes in customers’ profiles.
  • Monitor production of all travel agents and airlines.
  • Meet set sales targets laid down by Director of Sales.
  • Attend all promotional functions hosted by hotel.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Leisure Sales of a well-established hotel(s)
  • Detail minded and equipped with skills of coordination and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must
  • Well-versed in MS Office and other computer applications
  • Less experience will be considered as Sales Manager
