Finance Manager

We are a well-diversified enterprise with various investments in multiple industrial sectors. Currently we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager specializing in Securities to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a small team of Finance;
• Manage the full spectrum of finance functions which include internal control, statutory accounting, budgeting, tax, consolidation, reporting and ERP implementation for the company;
• Ensure timely delivery of consolidated reporting which includes but not limited to monthly report and forecast;
• Liaise with various departments and external parties including auditors, bankers, legal and tax advisers, etc.;
• Lead the audit planning and tax filings for all legal entities on hand;
• Ensure all accounting activities comply with statutory requirement and company policy;
• Involvement in internal control implementation;
• Support financial projects including accounting and approval system implementation;
• Provide professional financial advice to the top management;
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent;
• Professional qualification such as member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent;
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, particularly gained in the Securities is a definite advantage;
• Audit experience will be an added advantage;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and fluency in Putonghua and English;
• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Well-organized and capable of prioritizing workload;
• Self-motivated and independent, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
