Responsibilities:
Assist team leader to collaborate with various business units to maintain operational resilience in Digital Banking Services, ATM and Phone Banking Services
Assist to review and facilitate Business Units in conducting risk assessment via ORM tools (e.g., RCSA, KRIs), new/modified product assessment and gap analysis driven by Compliance Department
Assist to analyse the operating environment and business processes to identify the potential sources of operational risk
Assist to review the business activities to ensure adherence to internal procedures, policies and regulatory requirements
Assist to review the operational risk profile of Business Units and investigating operational risk events, and then prepare management reports
Coordinate with business owners to ensure relevant Business Unit’s policies & procedures are well in place and with appropriate controls to mitigate operational risks
Requirements:
Degree holder in Risk Management, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years working experience in Retail / Corporate Banking business operations, preferably with exposure to control aspects and/or new product governance
Experiences in either Digital Banking Services, ATM or Phone Banking Services is preferred
Good knowledge of operation workflow and logistic, product development, project management and related regulatory requirements is an advantage
Good negotiation and relationship management skills and the ability to lead and influence
Good analytical skill as well as effective communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office applications
