Are you looking to be part of revolutionizing online shopping behaviour and experience? We are a well-esteemed eCommerce company that operates multiple eCommerce websites internationally. We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new beauty business worldwide and to build brand awareness and sales revenue.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and leading various digital IT projects from conception to delivery, projects including but not limited to new websites development, exiting websites UI/UX revamps, automated tools development, replenishment system development, pricing and costing system revamps etc.
• Responsible to ensure all IT project phrases from requirements gathering and planning to implementation and post-launch review are executed flawlessly
• Establish project schedules and detailed project plans, maintain timelines, determine priorities, and drive the resolution of issues to achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication and alignment among collaborators throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison between different functional teams and IT team to translate strategic goals into actionable project outcomes.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, milestone achievement, potential issues and adjustments on project plans.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Senior Management

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of solid experience in project management, preferably in eCommerce industry
• Knowledge of eCommerce backend, CMS systems and ERP systems
• Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel, plan for projects, and manage own time and priorities
• Proven track record in handling digital IT projects
• Proficiency in project management tools will be an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently with exceptional problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with outstanding interpersonal skills, and able to work productively with multiple parties
