Description

  • Oversee group consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated reports.
  • Coordinate with regional finance teams for timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support statutory audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Develop and maintain reporting templates and processes for efficiency.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting at group level.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Drive process improvements and system enhancements for consolidation and reporting.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, including M&A integration and system implementation.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience. BIG4 experiences is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and consolidation principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
