Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and compliance strategies, covering social compliance (e.g., labor rights, ethical sourcing) and product compliance (e.g., safety standards, material regulations) to align with international certifications like ISO, REACH, and CPSIA.
  • Lead supplier audits and assessments, including on-site visits, risk evaluations, and corrective action plans to maintain a robust, ethical global supply chain.
  • Manage third-party testing and certification processes for outdoor products, coordinating lab submissions, result analysis, and documentation to ensure timely market readiness.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends, updating policies and training programs to mitigate risks and foster a culture of compliance across operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, sourcing, and legal) to integrate quality metrics into the product lifecycle and resolve compliance issues proactively.
  • Conduct internal audits, prepare reports for stakeholders, and support sustainability initiatives, such as eco-friendly material sourcing and waste reduction.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or auditing roles within consumer goods, apparel, or outdoor industries, with proven expertise in social and product compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of global standards (e.g., BSCI, GOTS, ASTM) and testing methodologies
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and handle confidential information.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, holding a valid passport and comfortable with dynamic itineraries.
