Job Description

Wings & Associates Consulting Engineers Limited is a well-established consulting company providing engineering consultancy and construction management services to our clients. Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Surveying or related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in Building Surveying
  • Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) Building Surveying Division
  • Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with less experience or non-chartered may be considered for the position of Assistant Building Surveyor

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out A&A and other building projects in compliance with statutory regulations and client requirements
  • Assist in planning, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of tender documents & specifications
  • To attend design meetings, site meetings / inspections and all other meetings of relevant projects
  • Liaise with Clients, Contractors and co-ordinate with other internal parties including structural engineers and E&M engineers
