The FP&A Manager plays a critical role in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the retail business.Client Details

Description

  • Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and strategic analysis.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for sales, margins, and expenses.
  • Perform variance analysis, profitability analysis, and trend reporting.
  • Create dashboards and reports on retail KPIs (e.g., same-store sales, inventory turnover).
  • Partner with merchandising, store operations, marketing, and supply chain teams.
  • Provide insights to optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Support decisions on new store openings, product launches, and capital investments.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
  • Manage and mentor financial analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 10+ years of FP&A experience in Retail/FMCG industries
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
